Payment & Non-Refundable Deposits

  • All services are non-refundable once payment is made.

  • Appointments for services over $300 require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee.

  • All deposits must be made no later than 72 hours before your appointment time.

  • We accept payment via:
    Online booking, Cash App, Venmo, and Chime.

Late Policy

  • Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and considered a no-show. You will need to reschedule and pay a new deposit to book again.

  • We will not call or text late clients. It is your responsibility to contact the salon if you anticipate being late.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not show up for your appointment without any communication, this is considered a “No Call, No Show.”

  • In this case:

    • Your deposit will be forfeited.

    • You must pay 50% of your missed service fee to book a future appointment.

    • No new appointment will be accepted without a new deposit.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations are non-refundable.

  • You may reschedule once using your existing deposit.

  • After one reschedule, any further changes will require a new deposit.

  • If you are running late or need to reschedule, please notify us before your scheduled time.
    Otherwise, your appointment may be forfeited.

Violation Fees

  • Any fees incurred from violating these policies will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

  • All fees, deposits, and service charges are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
